Dear Mr. Putin, How are you going to make Syria comply with your Chemical weapon plan?

The proposal by the Russians to take control of and Chemical weapons or material in Syria is good if they can deliver. A real test of US diplomacy is for President Obama to keep pushing Putin to deliver. Russia as now put it's own credibility on the line in full view of the world media and the United Nations. It is a far bigger test of US leadership to see this proposal through to the end in partnership with Putin and the UN than just throwing explosives at Syrian military targets. Go for it Obama (and Cameron et al) Good Luck  

At last there seems to be some action to show proof of Syrian evil action to Russian President Putin and the Chinese leadership. Clearly this is an essential step toward convincing the Syrian leadership of their need to start caring for the Syrian people rather than kill them. The rebel movement is not doing anyone any favors either, as they are mostly only looking for their own political needs, not those of the Syrian people. Keep trying, do not let the arms lobby win the day. Good luck for all of us.
